Foundation

The TAS Group’s charitable work dates back to 2005 when all proceeds from the Select Selling Fieldbook went to charity.  The book was very well received in the first few months, so much so that it became primarily a marketing piece to promote the business - to the charity’s loss.

This loss was remedied with the establishment of The TAS Foundation – a charitable enterprise – whose vision is to strive to use the people, technology and financial assets of The TAS Group to improve the world in which we live.

At the direction of our staff, The TAS Foundation has supported many initiatives in their communities during the year, including Witness, Association Terre Oublie, The Irish Handicap Children's Pilgrimage Trust, The Bainbridge Schools Foundation, and a Division of Family and Children's Services.

Integrity and respect are core values of The TAS Group and this extends beyond daily actions that solely focus on building the business.  The TAS Group encourages activities in our respective communities; not only financially, but also through paid time-off for volunteering. In this way the values of the company are built through our employees’ ideas and initiatives, which we support financially.

The TAS Foundation represents a considerable commitment from The TAS Group, and one of which each employee is proud.

Our commitment to The TAS Foundation translates to:- 1% of the equity of the company, 1% of profits in perpetuity, and 1% of employees’ time.
